Portsmouth NH – Stoodley’s Tavern, Strawbery Banke

Less canned, more FRESH! This is our new initiative to help get fresh, seasonal food into the local food pantries. Slow Food UNH will be collecting donations at the Seacoast Eat Local Farmers Market in Rollinsford, NH. This food will be brought directly to the Cornucopia food pantry in Durham.

All donations welcome!
These winter markets are a great place to find long lasting root vegetables like potatoes, carrots, turnips, and beets. Greens and meat are a special treat, and whole grain homemade bread can be eaten or frozen for a later date.

Come join us in Dover for a late lunch potluck! The Rollinsford Farmer’s market is Saturday morning and is a fantastic place to find fresh ingredients for your potluck dish!
